Due to heavy rainfall and pre-existing conditions brought by the Typhoon system, several provinces in Thailand has been flooded.

Based on the latest DDPM report on 28 October 2013 (
the remaining flooded provinces to include:
Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, Nakon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, Buriram, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Nayok, Khon Khaen, Si Saket, Pathumthani, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakhon, Suphanburi, Nakhon Pathom, Lopburi

This event has caused the following impacts:
164,729 families affected
508,158 persons affected
5,975 people displaced
1,611,052 rai or 2,578 sqkm
