at 4:00 am (18 Dec), The Low Pressure Area East of Mindanao has developed into Tropical Depression Vicky.

As of 19 December 2020, TD Vicky reported causing flood and landslide in Region VII, VIII, XI and CARAGA.

As of 20 December 2020, TD Vicky is now outside the Philippine Area and is heading towards Kalayaan Island.
