As of 18 Nov VDDMA Report:
From November 13 to 17, the central provinces suffered heavy rain, flooding rivers rapidly, causing widespread flooding. Floods left 7 people dead and 2 people missing.
Specifically, Quang Tri province had 3 deaths; Thua Thien Hue recorded 3 deaths; Binh Dinh has 1 person died. Two people went missing in Quang Nam and Phu Yen provinces.
As of the evening of November 17, in Thua Thien Hue province, there were still 1,000 houses flooded in yards and gardens at a level of about 0.2m. At the highest point, 20,761 houses were flooded, the deepest place was up to 1m (Quang Tri: 3,064 houses, Thua Thien Hue: 17,453 houses, Da Nang: 83 houses, Quang Ngai: 140 houses).
Floods also damaged nearly 500 hectares of rice, fruit trees, crops and more than 1,600 cattle and poultry in provinces from Quang Tri to Phu Yen.

According to the Quick Report of the Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control of provinces and cities, from November 13-15, heavy rain, thunderstorms, floods and inundations caused the following damage:
- Regarding people: 02 people died, 03 people missing
+ 17,877 houses flooded (Quang Tri: 1,309 houses, TTHe: 16,345 houses; Da Nang: 83 houses, Quang Ngai: 140 houses). Currently, Quang Tri and TT Tax are still flooded from 0.3 to 0.6 m.
+ 34 houses were damaged and their roofs were blown off (Ha Tinh: 17; TTHe: 02; Quang Nam: 11, Quang Ngai: 04).
- Regarding agriculture: 122 hectares of fruit trees and flowers (Quang Tri: 118 hectares; Da Nang: 04 hectares) and 50,000 forestry seedlings and 5,000 chrysanthemum varieties (Quang Tri).
- Regarding livestock and aquaculture: 1,100 cattle and poultry; 02 hectares for aquaculture (Quang Tri).

According to the Quick Report of the Secretariat of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control of provinces and cities, from November 13-14, heavy rain and thunderstorms caused the following damage:
- About people: 03 people missing in Quang Tri.
+ Thua Thien Hue province is counting the number of flooded houses (36 wards and communes of Hue city and districts of Phong Dien, Quang Dien, Huong Tra, Huong Thuy, Phu Vang, Phu Loc and Nam Dong were flooded from 0.3 -0.8m).
+ 1,342 houses were flooded (Quang Tri: 1,259; Da Nang: 83).
+ 22 houses had their roofs blown off (Ha Tinh: 17; Quang Nam: 01; Quang Ngai: 04).
- Regarding agriculture: 69 hectares of fruit trees and crops (Quang Tri: 65 hectares; Da Nang: 04 hectares) and 50,000 forestry seedlings, 5,000 chrysanthemum varieties (Quang Tri).
- Regarding livestock and aquaculture: 1,090 cattle and poultry (Quang Tri: 1,034; Da Nang: 56); 02 hectares for aquaculture (Quang Tri).
