According to quick information from the Ho Chi Minh City Irrigation Department: from the night of November 10 to the morning of November 11, heavy rain occurred in the communes of Binh Chau, Dat Do, and Chau Duc, causing 74 houses to be flooded (the water has now receded and the flooding is gone); 10 households in Binh Chau commune were isolated; 90 hectares of rice and crops were flooded; 315 poultry were killed and swept away; 29 hectares of aquatic products were damaged.
