According to the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, floods and rains have killed two people in Ha Tinh and Thua Thien - Hue; 1,564 houses were flooded (Da Nang 1,432, Hue 115, Quang Tri 17); Many low-lying areas in Da Nang city were flooded from 0.3 - 0.5m, some places were flooded from 1 - 1.5m deep such as Thanh Khe Tay ward, Thanh Khe district, Thang Long - Hoa Tho route. West, Cam Le district, My Loc spillway, Hoa Vang district.
Due to the impact of heavy rain, local authorities evacuated 3,910 people (Hue 147 people, Da Nang 3,763 people).
