Description
According to the Quick Report of the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control of Binh Thuan province, heavy rains causing flooding from August 27-28, 2024 caused the following damage:
- Home: 231 houses flooded, damaged; 48 houses urgently evacuated.
- Regarding agriculture: 420 hectares of dragon fruit and crops were flooded and affected.
After the disaster occurred, local authorities mobilized forces to support people to overcome the consequences and evacuate people and property to safety.
