Thailand‘ Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) reported damages due to strong wind in Lampang, Chiang Rai, on 26 February 2018, 23.18 UTC+7. Initial figure from DDPM suggests that over than 100 households have been affected with their houses being damaged (115). Most of the damages were characterized by broken roof. Electricity and power in Village of Vientiane Moo was down due to the strong wind.
