Description

1. Disaster situation
1.1 Storm There is a situation in 3 provinces, 5 districts, 8 sub-districts, 14 villages. 27 houses were damaged.
There was 1 death (Sakon Nakhon Province) as follows:
1) Nong Khai Province On May 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., a storm occurred in 1 district, 4 sub-districts, and 5 villages as follows: Wiang Kuk Sub-district (Village No. 8), Khai Bok Wan Sub-district (Village No. 2), Hin Ngom Sub-district (Village No. 1, 2), Ban Due Sub-district (Village No. 2), Mueang District. Initially, 16 houses were damaged. No one was injured or died. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 14, Udon Thani, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the districts, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies have surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
2) Nakhon Phanom Province On May 7, 2025 at 13.00 hrs. There was a storm in 1 district, 1 sub-district, and 2 villages as follows: Tambon Phra Klang Thung (Village No. 3, 12), Amphoe That Phanom. Initially, 3 houses were damaged and 26 electric poles were knocked down.
No one was injured or killed. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 7, Sakon Nakhon, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the Provincial Electricity Authority, the district, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
3) Sakon Nakhon Province, May 7, 2025 at 12.30 hrs. There was a storm in 3 districts, 3 sub-districts, and 7 villages as follows: Tambon Na Hua Bo (Village No. 16), Amphoe Phanna Nikhom, Tambon Thung Kae (Village No. 8, 9, 10), Amphoe Charoen Sin, Tambon Namong (Village No. 11, 14, 18), Amphoe Kut Bak. Initially,
8 houses were damaged, 1 person died (male, lightning strike, Phanna Nikhom District) by the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 7, Sakon Nakhon
Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, District, Local Administration Organization, Volunteers, Defense Volunteers, Foundation, and related agencies inspected the damage
and provided initial assistance.
