Thailand, Storms and Strong Winds in Uthai Thani, Nan, Tak, and Nong Bua Lamphu

Storm There was a situation in 4 provinces, 11 districts, 23 sub-districts, 39 villages. 94 houses were damaged.
There was 1 fatality as follows:
1) Uthai Thani Province, May 9, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., a storm occurred in 4 districts, 9 sub-districts, and 11 villages, including (Village No. 2) Khao Bang Kraek Sub-district (Village No. 5), Khao Kwang Thong Sub-district, Nong Chang District (Village No. 3), Lum Khao Sub-district, Nong Kha Yang District (Village No. 2, 5), Huai Khot Sub-district (Village No. 3), Thong Lang Sub-district (Village No. 3, 12), Sukrit Sub-district, Huai Khot District (Village No. 17), Taluk Du Sub-district (Village No. 2), Nong Klang Dong Sub-district (Village No. 8), Nong Yai Ta Sub-district, Thap Than District. Initially, 30 houses were damaged. No injuries or deaths were reported. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, District, Local Administration Organization, Volunteers, Volunteers, Foundations, and related agencies surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
2) Nan Province, May 9, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., a storm occurred in 1 district, 1 sub-district, and 1 village, including (Village No. 3) Tambon Muang Li, Amphoe Na Muen. Initially, 1 house was damaged. No injuries or deaths were reported. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, District, Local Administration Organization, Volunteers, Volunteers, Foundations, and related agencies surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
3) Tak Province, May 9, 2025 at 3:30 p.m., a storm occurred in 1 district, 1 sub-district, and 1 village, including (Village No. 10) Tambon Wang Hin, Amphoe Mueang. Initially, the damage is under investigation. There was 1 fatality (male, caused by strong winds). causing a large tree to fall on them) by the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, District, Local Administrative Organization, Volunteers, Defense Volunteers, Foundations, and related agencies. Surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
4) Nong Bua Lamphu Province, May 7-9, 2025, a storm occurred in 5 districts, 12 sub-districts, and 26 villages, including (Village No. 7) Nong Bua Sub-district, Lamphu Sub-district, Mueang District (Village No. 10, 11), Nikhom Phatthana Sub-district (Village No. 2), Non Mueang Sub-district (Village No. 10, 11), Nong Ruea Sub-district (Village No. 1, 2, 6), Ban Thin Sub-district, Non Sang District (Village No. 3), Naklang Sub-district, Naklang District (Village No. 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13), Na Si Sub-district (Village No. 5, 6), Suwannakhuha Sub-district (Village No. 4), Nadi Sub-district (Village No. 10), Na Dan Sub-district, Suwannakhuha District (Village No. 1, 2, 7), Wang Pla Pom Sub-district, Na Wang District. Initially, 63 houses were damaged. There were no injuries or deaths.
