Due to the low pressure caused by the warm air covering the upper part of Laos and the very hot weather, some areas in the North and Central regions experienced thunderstorms and strong winds in some areas in 6 provinces, 16 districts, 29 sub-districts, 70 m.
485 houses were damaged as follows:
1) Nakhon Sawan Province, April 23, at 4:30 p.m., a storm occurred in 3 districts, 4 sub-districts, and 11 m., including:
Phun Yuk Yung Sub-district, Udom Thanya Sub-district, Tak Fa District, Hua Wai Sub-district, Takhli District, and Don Kha Sub-district, Tha Tako District. Initially, 54 houses were damaged. No one was injured or died. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the districts, the police, local government organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
2) Amnat Charoen Province, April 23, at 4:00 p.m., a storm occurred in 2 districts, 5 sub-districts, and 5 m., including:
Phana District Chanuman District Initially, 129 houses were damaged. No one was injured or died.
By the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the district, police officers, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies, inspected the damage and provided initial assistance.
3) Phetchabun Province, April 23, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., a storm occurred in 1 district, 2 sub-districts, and 6 villages, including Rim Si Muang Sub-district, Sadet Pong Sub-district, Khao Kho District. Initially, 15 houses were damaged. No one was injured or died.
By the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the district, police officers, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies.
Surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
4) Nakhon Phanom Province On April 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., a storm occurred in 5 districts, 9 sub-districts, and 22 villages, including:
Tambon Phiman, Na Kae District; Tambon Pla Pak; Tambon Khok Sawang; Tambon Khok Sung, Pla Pak District; Tambon Tha Lat; Tambon Renu, Renu Nakhon District; Tambon Yot Chat;
Amphoe Wang Yang; Tambon Na Thom; Tambon Phon Phaeng, That Phanom District. Initially, 140 houses were damaged.
No one was injured or killed. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, districts, police officers, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies surveyed the damage and provided initial assistance.
5) Yasothon Province On April 23, 2025, a storm occurred in 1 district, 3 sub-districts, and 11 villages, including Tambon Fa Yat. Phu Hee Subdistrict, Song Yang Subdistrict, Maha Chanachai District Initially, 25 houses were damaged, no one was injured or died. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the district, police officers, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies inspected the damage and provided initial assistance.
6) Chaiyaphum Province On April 23, a storm occurred in 4 districts, 6 subdistricts, and 15 villages, namely Ban Khao Subdistrict, Lam Lam Chi Subdistrict, Ban Khao District, Kao Ya Dee Subdistrict, Kaeng Khro District, Som Poi Subdistrict, Chatturat District, Huai Yae Subdistrict, and Khok Sa-at Subdistrict, Nong Bua Rawe District. Initially, 122 houses were damaged, no one was injured or died. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the district, police officers, local administrative organizations, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies inspected the damage and provided initial assistance.
