Huai Lan Sub-district, Dok Kham Tai District, Champa Wai Sub-district (Village No. 3, 11), Mueang District, Hong Hin Sub-district (Village No. 5, 9), Chun District, Dong Jen Sub-district (Village No. 8, 12, 13), Phukamyao District, Charoen Rat Sub-district (Village No. 1), Mae Suk Sub-district (Village No. 8), Sri Thoi Sub-district (Village No. 1, 5, 6, 7), Mae Chai District, Na Prang Sub-district (Village No. 2), Khuan Sub-district (Village No. 9), Pong Sub-district (Village No. 6, 13), Pong District.
