Description

At 00.00 on November 12, 2024, a flash flood eroded the bridge under Village No. 4 and Village No. 6, Yarom Subdistrict, Betong District, Yala Province, causing the pillars to fall and the bridge to break. Two motorcycles fell into the water and two people were slightly injured. Initially, officials installed barriers to block both sides of the bridge to warn the public. There are 151 households in Village No. 4 who are affected and unable to travel. In this regard, Betong District has coordinated with the Yala Rural Highways Office to take action to fix the problem. Initially, the Yala Rural Highways Office will install a Barry bridge so that it can be used for travel first.
