Description
Phayao Province, on July 30, 2026, heavy rainfall continued, causing flash floods in 1 district, 6 sub-districts, and 6 villages.
These included the sub-districts of Ban Sang, Mae Sai, Ban Tun, San Pa Muang, Champa Wai, and Ban Tom in Mueang District.
86 households were affected. There were no injuries or fatalities. The Phayao Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, district officials, police officers, local administrative organizations, volunteers,
disaster relief volunteers, foundation volunteers, and related agencies provided assistance. and expediting the drainage of water from the area.
The situation has now eased.
