Description

Nan Province: From August 6–10, continuous rainfall caused flooding affecting 1 district, 5 sub-districts, and 8 villages, specifically:

Wiang Sa District: 184 households were affected; there were no injuries or fatalities.

The Nan Provincial DDPM, district authorities, police, local administrative organizations, volunteers (including Civil Defense Volunteers and foundation personnel), and relevant agencies provided assistance by helping residents move belongings to higher ground and accelerating water drainage from the area. Water levels have now receded.
