In Nan Province, on July 31, 2026, continuous heavy rainfall caused flash floods in 1 district, 1 sub-district, and 2 villages.
This included San Sub-district, Wiang Sa District, where 20 households were affected. There were no injuries or fatalities.
The Nan Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, district officials, police, local administrative organizations, volunteers, disaster relief volunteers, foundations, and related agencies provided assistance and expedited water drainage from the affected areas.
The situation has now eased.
