Description

Flooding
There is a situation in 3 provinces, 11 districts, 14 sub-districts, 23 villages. Initially, 124 households were affected as follows:
1) Krabi Province: On 24 May at 11:00 p.m., heavy rain and flooding occurred in 4 districts, 6 sub-districts, and 8 villages as follows:
(Village No. 1, 2) Saladan Subdistrict, Koh Lanta District (Village No. 4) Pakasai Subdistrict, Nuea Khlong District, Lamthap Subdistrict, Lamthap District (Village No. 1) Khao Kram Subdistrict (Village No. 2, 4) Sai Thai Subdistrict, Mueang District. Initially, 12 households were affected and there was flooding on rural highway No. 4245. No one was injured or killed. Phuket Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, districts, police officers Volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies surveyed the damage and provided assistance to drain water from the area. The situation has now improved.

2) Uthai Thani Province: 24 May at 6:00 p.m., heavy rain caused flooding in 5 districts, 5 sub-districts, and 7 m, as follows: Mueang District, Ban Rai District, Huai Khot District, Thap Than District, and Nong Kha Yang District. Initially, 112 households were affected.
There was also flooding on Borirak Road 4, Na Thong Alley, the road from Wat Sangkhasattanakiri Intersection. No one was injured or killed.
By the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 16, Chainat, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, districts, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies surveyed the damage and provided assistance to drain water from the area.
The situation has now improved.

3) Tak Province: On 24 May heavy rain caused flash floods in 2 districts, 3 sub-districts, and 8 m. of land as follows:
(Villages 1, 2, 3, 4, 11) Tung Krasae Sub-district (Villages 3, 4) Thong Fah Sub-district, Ban Tak District, Mae Sot Municipality, Mae Sot District. Initial damage
is currently being assessed. No injuries or deaths were reported. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 8, Kamphaeng Phet, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office,
military units in the area, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies have inspected
the damage and provided assistance to drain water from the area. The situation has now improved.
