As of 14 August:
- 17 provinces (Lampang, Nan, Phayao, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, Tak, Phetchabun, Loei, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Nayok, Chanthaburi, Trat, Rayong, Prachin Buri, Surat Thani, Krabi) 64 districts, 186 sub-districts, 794 m. 18,394 households were affected
- 2 people died (Chanthaburi, female, age 11, and Surat Thani, male, age 37, cause of death due to drowning)
- 5 people were injured (Surat Thani)
Currently, the situation is still in 3 provinces (Lampang, Phayao, Prachin Buri) 3 districts, 9 sub-districts, 62 m. 1,034 households were affected.
As of 13 August:
- 16 provinces (Lampang, Nan, Phayao, Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Tak, Phetchabun, Loei, Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Nayok, Chanthaburi, Trat, Rayong, Prachin Buri, Surat Thani, Krabi) 61 districts, 177 sub-districts, 756 m. 18,341 households were affected
- 2 people died (Chanthaburi, female, age 11, and Surat Thani, male, age 37, cause of death due to drowning)
- 5 people were injured (Surat Thani).
- Currently, the situation still persists in 2 provinces (Loei, Prachin Buri) 2 districts, 3 sub-districts, 24 m. 509 households were affected as follows:
1) Loei Province On 12 August 2024 at 3:00 p.m., heavy rain caused flooding in Namala Sub-district (Village 4), Na Haeo District Initially, 46 households were affected, with no injuries or deaths. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, the district, local administrative organizations, volunteers, village defense volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies surveyed the damage and provided assistance to quickly drain water from the area. The situation has now improved.
2) Prachin Buri Province: August 5-7, 2024: Heavy rain caused flash floods from Khao Yai National Park to overflow into Tambon Bang Tan and Tambon Bang Toei in Ban Sang District. Initially, 463 households were affected, with no injuries or deaths. The Prachin Buri Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center Region 3, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, provided 6 flat-bottomed boats, 251 plastic rowing boats, 2 long-distance water pumps, and 1 14-inch water pump from the district, local military units, local government organizations, defense volunteers, defense volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies inspected the damage, provided assistance, and installed water pumps to quickly drain water from the area. Flooding is still occurring in low-lying areas.
The water level has now decreased.
