The monsoon trough stretched across the lower northern region, the upper central region, and the lower northeastern region. Combined with a moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the southern region, and the Gulf of Thailand, this has resulted in flooding, riverbank overflows, and landslides in 15 provinces: Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Uttaradit, Lampang, Tak, Chaiyaphum, Kalasin, Roi Et, Udon Thani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chanthaburi, Chonburi, Samut Prakan, and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya — covering 55 districts, 250 sub-districts, 1,189 villages — as well as Bangkok (13 districts).

In total, 31,845 households (117,727 people) have been affected. Two fatalities have been reported:

A 19-year-old male in Phetchabun, who drowned after falling into the water while rowing across a river.

A 17-year-old male in Samut Prakan, who was electrocuted while pushing a motorcycle through a flooded road construction site.

At present, the situation remains in 6 provinces: Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Nakhon Ratchasima, Samut Prakan, and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya — affecting 25 districts, 156 sub-districts, 853 villages, with 15,823 households (58,545 people) impacted.

As of reporting time, 30,597 households (113,209 people) were reported affected.

As of reporting time, the situation remains in 5 provinces (Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Kalasin, and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya), affecting 21 districts, 125 sub-districts, and 586 villages, with 15,306 households (56,632 people) affected.
