Issued on 31 October 2026 at around 4:00 PM, cloudy skies with scattered rains andthunderstorms may have brought possible flash floods or landslides due to moderateto at times heavy rains caused by Low-Pressure Area (LPA) in Visayas, Mindanao,Bicol Region, and MIMAROPA.On the same day, continuous inclement weather characterized by strong windsaffected several families in Brgys. Caloocan, Morales, and Sto. Niño in the City ofKoronadal, South Cotabato.In response, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), throughField Office (FO) XII, in close coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) ofthe City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, promptly provided relief assistance to supportthe immediate needs of the affected families and individuals.
