On 29 June 2025, at around 4:00 PM, cloudy skies with scattered rains and
thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon, may have brought flash floods or
landslides due to moderate to at times, heavy rains in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region,
Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao.
On the same day at around 5:00 PM, several barangays in Maco, Davao de Oro
experienced flooding and landslides due to continuous heavy rains brought about by
the prevailing Southwest Monsoon.
On 02 July 2025, a landslide was also experienced in Brgy. Tubaon, Tarragona,
Davao Oriental due to moderate rainshowers accompanied by lightning and strong
wind caused by Southwest Monsoon.
On 05 July 2025, at around 4:00 PM, cloudy skies with scattered rains and
thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon, may have brought flash floods or
landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains in Metro Manila, Mindanao,
Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), the rest of Cagayan Valley and Central
Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Western Visayas.
On the same day, several barangays in Zamboanga City also experienced flooding
due to heavy rains brought about by the Southwest Monsoon.
