Description
Continuous rainfall caused by Shear Line caused landslide incident at San Miguel-Batbangon Road, San Miguel, Leyte. Meanwhile, a flooding incident also occurred at the Wright-Taft-Borongan Road, Bgy. Malinao, Taft. Both incidents led to impassable roads
