Issued on 10 October 2023 at 4AM, the trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) affected Visayas and Mindanao.
On the same day, the effects of the trough of LPA were reported in the Municipalities of San Enrique and Barotac Viejo in Iloilo, and Cauayan in Negros Occidental. Flooding was also experienced in several barangays in the Municipality of Bansalan in Davao del Sur.
