Description

Flooding caused by heavy rains in four localities in northern Negros Occidental occurred early morning on 1 January 2021. At least one person died while almost 15,000 families were affected. Data released by the Negros Occidental Provincial Command Center on Saturday night, 2 January 2020, showed that floods were monitored in cities of Victorias, Silay and Talisay, and E.B. Magalona town, all located in the third district.
