Description
On 22 August 2023, at around 1:35 PM, heavy rain in Datu Hoffer, Maguindanao del Sur was experienced that resulted in an overflow of the Kabulnan River which submerged some houses, particularly at Brgy. Tuayan Mother and Tuayan I, Datu Hoffer, Maguindanao Del Sur. All floods have subsided on 23 August 2023.
