Description
Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from north to northeast with light to moderate seas and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough over the eastern section of Mindanao. Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
On 22 February 2023 at around 8:00 AM, the continuous heavy rains brought by Localized Thunderstorms resulted in the overflowing of the Rio Grande de Mindanao River.
2,147 families were affected in nine (9) barangays of Datu Montawal, Maguindanao del Sur
