Description
Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Intertropical
Convergence Zone (ITCZ) was forecasted to affect Western Visasyas. On 09 July 2024
at around 11:00 PM heavy rains in Pototan, Iloilo caused flooding in low-lying barangays
of Cau-ayan and Malusog, reaching households and not yet subsiding as of reporting
time.
