On 9 April 2023, 5:43 PM, a flash flood incident occurred in Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur Province affecting Barangays Zone 2,3, 4, and Coronon.

On the same day, about 5:57 PM, a flooding incident was experienced in Brgy. Tacul, Magsaysay, Davao del Sur and around 6:30PM, heavy rains with thunder and lightning was experienced in Brgy. Binaton, Digos City, Davao del Sur hitting 6 persons (1 injured and 5 dead).

Furthermore, around 8:51 PM, a flooding incident occurred in Purok 11, Bago Aplaya, Davao City due to continuous moderate to heavy rains brought about by the Trough of LPA.

RELATED INCIDENTS:
- A total of 3 areas were reported flooded and 1 lightning incident were reported.

AFFECTED POPULATION:
- A total of 318 families / 1,538 persons were affected.

DAMAGED HOUSES:
- A total of 10 houses (8 totally / 2 partially) were reported damaged.
