On 21 February 2023, at 7:00 pm, moderate to heavy rainfall were experienced in Davao City, Davao del Norte and Davao Oriental due to Localized Thunderstorm which caused flooding in several barangays.

AFFECTED POPULATION
- A total of 1992 families / 6862 persons were affected, of which 854 families and 3359 individuals are inside ECs

PRE-EMPTIVE EVACUATION
- A total of 1495 families / 5269 persons were evacuated, and some residents returned to their houses.

POWER
- 1 Municipality was affected by power interruption

DAMAGED HOUSES
- 2 houses were partially damaged due to uprooted trees.
