Description
Based on PAGASA Weather Forecast issued on 27 January 2023, 4:00 PM, the whole Mindanao region including Cagayan de Oro City will be affected by Localized Thunderstorms. Thus, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms will be expected over the affected areas. Flooded areas were reported in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro due to the said weather condition.
