Description
On 07-08 January 2025, light to heavy rains brought by the Shear Line affected the Bicol
Region, resulting in flooding in Legazpi City, Albay, as well as in Donsol and Sorsogon
City, Sorsogon Province.
On 09 January 2025, Shear Line continuously affected the Bicol Region causing flooding
to various municipalities in Camarines and Sorsogon. Flooding also recur in several
barangays in Legazpi City, Albay
