On 24 January 2023, 10:00 PM, the City of Lamitan, Basilan Province experienced heavy rains due to the Low Pressure Area. This have caused flooding in 8 barangays (Matibay, Malinis, Limo-ok, Balobo, Maganda, Maligay, Sengal, Malakas) on 25 January 2023, 1:00 AM.

As of 26 January 2023, the municipality of Datu Abdullah Sangki, Maguindanao, and City of Lamitan, Basilan reported flooding in their respective AOR caused by partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms.

Affected Population:
- 3,124 families affected

Damage to Agriculture:
-A total of 150 farmers were affected with 50 hectares partially damaged crop area in Barangay Guinibon, Datu Abdullah Sangki, Maguindanao.
