Description
On 25 September 2022 at 1:30 PM, Southwest Monsoon brought moderate to heavy rains over Western Visayas. Under these conditions, Municipalities in Antique, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, and Guimaras experienced scattered flooding and raininduced landslides.
AFFECTED POPULATION:
-A total of 245 families/804 individuals were affected. All families have now returned to their houses.
POWER:
-A total of 1 barangay experience power outage. The power has now been restored.
STATUS OF FLIGHTS:
-A total of 2 flights were cancelled. All flights already resumed operation.
STATUS OF SEAPORT:
-A total of 5 local sea trip were cancelled. The sea trip has now resumed opration.
DAMAGE TO AGRICULTURE:
-A total of 616.07 hectares (11 totally / 605.07 partially) were reported damage
CLASS SUSPENSION:
-A total of 66 municipalities have suspended classes. The classes have now resumed.
WORK SUSPENSION:
-A total of 3 municipalities have suspended work. The work has now resumed.
ASSISTANCE PROVIDED:
-A total of PHP 716,766.50 assistance was provided to affected families.
