Description

Light rainfall is being experienced in some parts of the Region due to Northeast Monsoon. A. MONITORED INCIDENTS Flooded Areas • A total of 24 cities/municipalities in Cagayan, Isabela, and Quirino have experienced flooding. Landslides • A total of 5 landslide incidents were reported in the provinces of Nueva Viscaya and Cagayan. B. AFFECTED POPULATION • A total of 23,228 families / 89,451 persons in 194 barangays were affected in the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, and Quirino. • 111 families / 410 persons are being served inside 4 evacuation centers while 4 families / 9 persons are being served outside evacuation centers. C. LIFELINES Power • A total of 52 barangays in the municipalities/city of Alcala, Tuguegarao City, Amulung, Enrile, and Solana have experienced power interruptions. Of which, 8 barangays in Amulung, Cagayan are still experiencing power interruption/outage. Roads and Bridges • A total of 56 roads and 40 bridges have been affected in the provinces of Isabela, Cagayan, and Quirino. Of which, 9 roads and 7 bridges are still not passable. D. DAMAGES TO AGRICULTURE • A total of ₱163,308,180.45 was reported as damages to rice, corn and high value affecting 19,525 farmers. E. SUSPENSION TO CLASSES/WORK • The city of Tuguegarao and the province of Cagayan suspended work / classes in their respective areas.
