Description
On 20 September 2023, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or
thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms may have brought possible flash
floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of the
country.
On the same day at around 8PM, a flash flood incident was experienced in Brgy.
Magballo, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental due to continuous heavy rainfall
brought by localized thunderstorms.
