Due to the Active Low Pressure Area (ALPA) and Tropical Storm (TS) "KAREN" some areas in Philippines experienced flooding. Based on the NDRRMC Sitrep No.3, a flashflood incident occurred in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. Because of it, 53 families were taken to the evacuation centre. Casualty number was 1 death. A landslide incident also occurred in Habangan, Samar causing 2 damaged houses. . Meanwhile, the flood water has subsided in Valenzuela City, Tayuman Abad Santos, Adante and Rivera.
