- Kuala Lumpur: Kuala Lumpur
- Melaka: Alor Gajah
- Negeri Sembilan: Kuala Pilah, Port Dickson, Rembau, Seremban
- Pahang: Jerantut, Kuantan, Lipis, Maran, Raub
- Selangor: Hulu Selangor, Klang, Kuala Langat, Petaling, Sepang,
- Terengganu: Dungun

2. A total of 2,140 families (7,895 persons) were displaced in 128 evacuation centers.
