Description
Continuous downpour has caused flashflood in Melaka State. Several villages in Alor Gajah and Jasin were reportedly flooded. The Fire Rescue Department and Civil Defence Force (APM) reported a total of 154 people from 33 families were evacuated due to the flashflood. The Chief Minister of Melaka and authority rushed to provide assistance to the flood victims. Additionally, flood also affected Johor Baru where 10 families/43 people were evacuated because of the incident. Meanwhile in Seremban, thunderstorm has damaged 11 houses.
