Description
Due to continuous heavy rainfall, flood in occur in several areas of Johor, Pahang, Kelantan and Trengganu. The affected areas to include Johor: Segamat, Kluang, Kota tinggi and Mersing. Pahang: Kuantan, Pekan, Kp. Batu, Luit, jerantut and Kuala lipis Kelantan: Guchil, Manik Urai Lama, Mangkebang and Olak Jeram Terengganu: Kuala dungun and Kemaman The impact of this event is: 8,795 people have been evacuated (johor) 33,357 people have been evacuated (Pahang) 37 people have been evacuated (Kelantan) 22,617 people have been evacuated (Terengganu) The Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN), disaster management agency, with related government stakeholders and military is providing the immediate emergency response
