The continuous rain has triggered flooding in Perlis and Kedah State . The National Security Council (MKN) was reported to have evacuated several families due to the situation. IMPACT - 127 families were affected in Perlis - At least, 1,000 people were affected by flood in Changlun, Kedah - 438 people were evacuated to 12 evacuation centres in Perlis. RESPONSE - The local government has responded to the situation and evacuated the victims.
