Health Crisis Centre, Ministry of Health, reported strong wind on 3 September 2018, 1930 hrs. It affected people in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. A total of 140 people (28 families were affected). It caused damages to the settlement in the district. Local disaster management agency (BPBD) Deli Serdang reported 3 houses heavily damaged, 9 houses moderately damaged, and 16 houses lightly damaged. BPBD Deli Serdang Regency has provided assistance to the affected people.
