Effort :
• Report the initial occurrence of the disaster to the Mayor of Kotamobagu and BNPB RI.
• Conduct coordination meetings with relevant agencies
• Disaster impact data collection (Victims and damage)
• Field inspection led by the Deputy Mayor of Kotamobagu and assistant for Economics and Development Secretariat KK together with related agencies
• Mobilization of human resources, officials, and local communities
• Clean up the remnants of landslide material.
