Description
Due to continues heavy rainfall, last Sunday (27/5) at 02.30 Eastern Indonesian Time, landslide has occured in 10 places of 4 sub-districts of Ambon in Maluku Indonesia. BNPB recorded 8 death, and 2 lightly wounded. 23 houses are damaged. 4 subdistricts are Sirimau, Nusaniwe, Leitimur, and Baguala.
Provincial and local disaster management agencies (BPBD) has distributed relief items. BPBD in cooperation with the military, Indonesian National SAR (Basarnas), and Tagana still working on search and rescue activities.
