Floods in Pasuruan Regency, East Java Province

➢ Chronology: Since Thursday, March 19, 2026 at around 15.00 WIB, there has been heavy rain in the upstream area which caused the water discharge in several watersheds, namely Kedunglarangan Watershed, Rejoso Watershed, Welang Watershed, Bekacak Watershed to increase significantly until they overflowed, resulting in flooding of river water overflowing which inundated settlements in several areas of Pasuruan Regency.

➢ Current Condition: Sunday, March 22, 2026 ● In some locations, the floodwaters have partially receded, but several areas remain flooded, with the following information:
- Kec. Winongan: Most areas have receded, but some areas remain inundated with water levels of approximately 10-50 cm.
- Rejoso District: Floodwaters remain at approximately 10-45 cm.
- Kraton District: Most areas have receded, but some areas remain inundated with water levels of approximately 10-40 cm.
- Grati District: Some areas have receded, but some areas remain inundated with water levels of approximately 20-40 cm.
- Bangil District: Floodwaters have receded.
- Pandaan District: Floodwaters have receded.
- Pohjentrek District: Floodwaters have receded.
