Floods in Depok City, West Java Province
➢ Update: Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 14.29 WIB
➢ Chronology: Triggered by high intensity rain on Saturday, March 21, 2026, causing the river embankment to break and inundate residential areas.
➢ Location: (4 Districts / 5 Villages) ● Cimanggis District - Mekarsari Village - Tugu Village ● Sukmajaya District - Sukmajaya Village ● Cilodong District - Cilodong Village ● Tapos District - Tapos Village Cilangkap
➢ Casualties: ● ± 3,675 families / 14,700 people affected ➢ Material Losses: ● ±3,675 houses affected
➢ Efforts: ● BPBD of Depok City evacuated victims ● BPBD of Depok City collected data ● BPBD of Depok City conducted assessment & coordination
➢ Status: ● Emergency Alert Status for Floods, Flash Floods, Extreme Weather, Extreme Waves and Abrasion and Landslides in the West Java Province area in 2025/2026 according to the decision of the Governor of West Java Number 360 / Kep.626-BPBD / 2025, TMT 15 September 2025 until April 30, 2026
