Description
Flood disasters occurred in Tebing City, North Sumatra on Thursday (10/4). This flood occurred due to high intensity rain which caused the Bahilang River to overflow. At least five sub-districts from two districts were submerged in floodwater with water levels reaching 10 to 70 centimeters.
The flood was also reported to have affected 187 families (KK) or 728 people and caused material losses of 1 health facility unit and one public facility unit. In response to the disaster, the local BPBD has made efforts and coordination to respond to the incident.
