Description
South Aceh, at least 167 families or 644 people were affected after heavy rain poured over the area on Thursday (3/4) afternoon, which then caused the Manggamat River in Kluet Tengah District to overflow and inundate residential areas.
A total of seven villages in Kluet Tengah District were affected by flooding. The local BPBD together with the Fire Department (Damkar) have deployed personnel to carry out handling and rapid assessments, as well as monitoring the flood conditions that are still inundating residents' settlements.
