➢ Chronology: On Tuesday, 22 September 2026, heavy rainfall affected Labuan Donggulu Village, Kasimbar Sub-district, resulting in an increased volume of water flowing from upstream areas. The situation was exacerbated by limited water catchment areas in the upstream region and the relatively small capacity of the box culvert along Trans Road, which prevented the water from flowing efficiently and resulted in flooding in Labuan Donggulu Village.
