Effort
• The local BPBD TEAM conducts rapid assessments and coordinates with relevant agencies
• Establishment of emergency response and disaster management posts.
• The location of the logistics warehouse was decided at the NTT Provincial BPBD office
• The NTT Provincial Kadishub stated that on April 7, 2021 1 (one) unit of Garuda ATR aircraft would be prepared to serve team transportation and assistance to Lembata and Maumere (depending on needs)
• The NTT provincial Kadisnaker plans to channel aid to Adonara with a team from the Ministry of Manpower
• The Indonesian Army deployed 28 field public kitchens and 18 TNI post tents in the affected areas and the Health Team

BNPB:
• The BNPB Pusdalops Team provides assistance for the activation of the post and daily reports with the NTT Provincial BPBD Pusdalops
• The RR Deputy Team coordinates for the division of the team that will be assigned to 3 (three) districts (Lembata, East Flores, Malacca)
• The Deputy Team for Emergency Management moves to the District of Malacca
• BNPB coordinates with SAR Dog to search for missing persons in the areas of Adonara, Alor and Lembata

Status:
• Emergency Response Status was originally proposed for 14 days but based on the consideration of the Provincial BPBD Kalaksa. NTT, will be changed to 30 days
• Based on the consideration of Kalaksa BPBD Prov. NTT, the SK Posko will be combined with the Emergency Response Decree with the addition of a dictum and an attachment in the form of an organizational structure

The first stage is aimed at Ds. Wayburak, Kec. Waywerang East Adonara and Nelelamadiken Village, Ileboleng District, East Flores Regency

Mutkahir Condition:
Current condition of Kupang City:
• Power outage
• Difficult cellphone signal
• Many trees fell on the road
• Many billboard poles and electric cable poles collapsed on the road
• Many petrol stations were not operating because they collapsed, causing long queues at open gas stations
• Many residents choose to stay in hotels (which have generators) to use electricity and wifi, making it difficult to find hotel rooms in Kupang city.
Access from Kupang to affected locations:
• Malacca: Ground access is cut off, you have to use an airplane
• Flores Timur: Can not access from the sea due to high waves, must use an airplane
• Lembata: by plane

Information:
• PLN is asked to give special priority (so that the electricity network is turned on first) to the BPBD Prov. NTT remembers that it will be used as a post
• Yayasan Waha Mitra Indonesia will provide WTP assistance totaling 20 units at evacuation points
• Pegadaian as coordinator of aid distribution from BUMN
