Early Warning/ Adverse Hazards:
• Chronology: Triggered by heavy rains in the Upper Rongkong River for 2 days in the area. The extensive water catchment in the area caused an increase in water discharge and the collapse of the embankment causing flooding on Wednesday, August 30, 2022 at 02.00 WITA

• Establishment of a task force command for the handling of emergency response to natural disasters Floods, Landslides and Tornadoes set on 31 August 2022 Number: 188.4.4.5/459/VII/2022

Urgent needs :
• Sand Pump for embankment repair
• Plastic bag
• Logistics and clean water

Up-to-date Condition:
• Floods still inundate the affected areas
• Some villagers had to be evacuated because the flood had already reached the level of the adults, to be moved to a safer place in a temporary shelter.
