➢ Chronology: Triggered by an increase in the water discharge of the Musi River on Sunday 21 January 2024

● Lawang Wetan District
- Rantau Ranjang Village

➢ Casualties:
● 800 affected families (data collection)

➢ Material Losses:
● 800 housing units affected (data collection)
● 1 Education facility affected

➢ Effort:
● Musi Banyuasin Regency BPBD coordinates with the local government and carries out an assessment

➢ Current Conditions:
● The height of the flood in residential areas is around 1 meter from the lowest point
● The water level on the village road is around 60 cm
● Some residents who own houses on stilts did not evacuate, but there were some residents' houses that had been flooded and took refuge in neighboring houses that were higher.
● The field post team will continue to coordinate with local village officials for further developments.
